Shopping Procedure

Step 1: Product selection

Shopping in Moleskineasia.com is secure and easy.
First, select the Moleskine products of your choice and read the product description, size and price (in the “Shop” section).
Second, enter the quantity you want to purchase and simply click “Add to Shopping Cart”. You can immediately see that your selected items are shown in the Cart Summary (on the left side of the screen) with items quantity, the total price and “View Cart”. Below the Summary, you can also select a currency you want: HK$, US$ and NT$.

Step 2: View Cart

See your selected items in “View Cart”. Review the Production name, Size, Quantity, Description, Rate, Amount and Total. If you would like to browse for more products, then click “ Continue Shopping”. If the selected item is out of stock, a notice “Out of Stock” will be appeared in the description with “ This item may be back-ordered”. In this case, we will deliver your product as soon as it is back in stock.
Finally, click on the “Proceed to Checkout” to proceed and complete the order.

Step 3: Create an Account or Login

If you do not yet have an account with Moleskineasia.com, creating it now by pressing “Continue” under “New Customers”. Just enter your name and your email address, create a password and re-enter the password together with the password hint. If you have registered already, just enter the email address and password to log in. Then simply click “Continue” to proceed. In the Address Information, you can fill in the Shipping Address and other information. Then click “Continue” to proceed.

Step 4: Fill in Shipping Method and Payment Information

You can choose between local or oversea shipping and the shipping price will be shown after your selection (HK$30 for local deliveries and HK$60 for overseas deliveries). The shipping fee will be waived for orders above HK$200 for local deliveries and orders above HK$500 for overseas deliveries. Any custom duties or taxes will have to be paid by the customer. If the selected items are in stock, they will be delivered to the shipping address within 3 days for local delivery and 5 days for overseas delivery. Then you can click “Continue” to fill in the payment information. Choose the Payment Method, then input your credit card number and some other information. We accept the following credit cards:

Mastercard
VISA Delta
American Express
Finally, click “Continue” to proceed.

Step 5: Review and Submit Order

You should carefully review every detail of your order here. If everything OK, then click “Submit Order” to proceed.

Return policy

You have no risk buying from Moleskineasia.com as we provide 14 days return policy. From the date when you receive your product, you can return it to us within 14 days if the product is defective or if we did not send you the product you ordered. We shall send you a new product to replace the defective or wrong item.

If you wish to return the defect goods purchased at our Moleskineasia.com, the product must be sent by collect delivery within 14 days of receiving it. Mistaken deliveries and products that have been damaged during shipment can also be returned by collect delivery.
