Working Unit is the exclusive distributor for Moleskine in Asia.
Stores distributing our products are located all over Asia including Hong Kong, Taiwan, China, Singapore, Thailand, Malaysia, Indonesia and the Philippine...
Our clients are mostly bookstores, gift & design shops, high end stationery stores and department stores.
We intend to expand our distribution channels but we will remain very selective in our choice of retailers.
We promote our brands through a series of press and PR launch as well as events and exhibitions.
Working Unit is experiencing a very solid growth, with sales more than doubling in the past year.
We are now looking for a Sales Assistant mainly to assist us in the development of sales and marketing campaign for our clients all over Asia.
Job Duties:
- Process sales orders
- Visit local retail shops regularly (the job requires visit to retailers almost daily)
- Maintain a good customer relationship with front line staff of the shops
- Identify products' branding, location, display size and product shortage and prepare visit reports
- Plan and execute product presence enhancement
- Keep existing customer profiles updated
- Search for information on potential markets and stores
- Assist new product launch of different brands
- Handle online order and end-customers enquiries
The job is ideal for a young professional or a fresh graduate that wants to gain an immediate expertise in sales and marketing of branded products.
This job could evolve and the hired staff could receive the responsibility of a client portfolio at a later stage.
Requirements:
- Degree holder in any discipline
- Out going and willing to meet with new people
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Energetic, interactive and enjoy team work
- Independent with creative mind & result oriented
- Hard-working & able to work under pressure to meet tight schedule
- Be flexible and adaptable
- Be fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Fresh graduate will be considered
