How to do:
1. Create the weekly calendar and lists in the front.
2. Figure out how many pages you’ll need for the other sections. Start from the back, number them, and create an index. Use paper clips to mark the pages for quick reference.
3. Get any existing, crucial, useful information that may be scattered about your life and transfer in to relevant section. Don’t forget a copy of your ID and some emergency funds for the back pocket.
4. Carry this notebook everywhere and capture interesting/useful information on the spot. 5. Look at it first thing every morning. Seriously. It’ll keep you productive.
6. Once per week, review everything and make necessary adjustments.
