Name: Florence Chan
Country: Hong Kong
Title: A Moleskine for Architects

How to do:
1. Collect information of the project – data, photos, project requirements…
2. Collect basic tools – calendar, project directory, paper sizes chart…
3. Tools required - metal rule, cutter, a lot of double-sided tapes, color labels
4. One notebook for one project. Put color label at book spine for identification
5. Fill the first part of the notebook with data and tools, so that information comes in handy during meetings.
6. Then tab the end of the information page – this is where notes and sketches begin.
7. Somewhere towards the end, put another tab for squared papers for sketching with precisions. Rational thinkers: reserve more squared pages.
8. Cut a slot at the back pocket for cards.
9. As a project could take a couple of years to build, it is likely to generate a few notebooks. Number and date the notebook on the first page as needed.
