Shopping Procedure

Shopping in Moleskineasia.com is secure and easy.
First, select the Moleskine products of your choice and read the product description, size and price (in the "Online Shop" section).

Step 1: Add Items to your basket

The whole Moleskine catalogue is accessible through the online shop.

• Click to select the Moleskine products of your choice.
• All the product description, like size and price in Hong Kong Dollars are displayed.
• Enter the quantity that you want to purchase in the box below the price (default is 1).
• Click on Add to basket
• The quantity is automatically refreshed and displayed. On the left top corner, the quantity of items present in you basket and total price in Hong Kong Dollars is updated.

Step 2: View Cart

To review and edit the content of your basket, click on View cart on the left frame of the page.
If the selected item is out of stock, a notice “Out of Stock” will be appeared in the description with "This item may be back-ordered". In this case, we will deliver your product as soon as it is back in stock.

How to change the quantity of the items in basket?

• Simply change the quantity in the box and click on update total button: the new quantity and price will be automatically refreshed.

How to delete an item from my basket?

• Click on X in the remove column for the item to delete. The item will be automatically deleted and the total price re-calculated accordingly.

How to add other items in my basket?

• Click on continue shopping button. You return to your previous items selected, and you can choose other items in the left menu.
• Proceed in the same way as described above to add new selected items in your shopping basket.

I have finish to select items, how to proceed with my order?

• Click on proceed to checkout button in the “view cart” page. You will need to login or create an account if you are a new customer.

Step 3: Create an Account or Login

I am a new customer / I have no account with Moleskineasia.com

• click on continue button under “I’m a new customer” to create an account.  Fill in the form with accurate information. The field marked with “*” cannot be left blank.
• Once you filled the form, click on continue; in the Address Information, you can fill in the Shipping Address and other information. Click on continue proceed to shipping method and payment.

I am a returning customer

• Enter your email address and password, click on continue log in. In the Address Information, you can fill in the Shipping Address and other information. Then click “Continue” to proceed to shipping method and payment.

Step 4: Fill in Shipping Method and Payment Information

You need to choose the shipping and payment method.

Customers from Hong Kong
If the selected items are in stock, they will be delivered to the shipping address within 6 days with free delivery.

Customers from selected Asia countries and cities
Indonesia, Japan, Korea, Macau, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, Taiwan, Thailand, Vietnam

If the selected items are in stock, they will be delivered to the shipping address within 16 days with free delivery or 6 days with Fedex.

• Registered air mail:
• Shipping fees on normal registered air mail are waived on www.moleskineasia.com: free shipping.
• Delivery time for Asia: 7-16 working days
• Fedex:
• Shipping fees:  HK$50
• Delivery time: within 3-6 working days
• The shipping fee will be waived for orders above HK$1,000

Worldwide shipping
If the selected items are in stock, they will be delivered to the shipping address within 16 days with free delivery or 10 days with Fedex. Any custom duties or taxes will have to be paid by the customer.

• Registered air mail:
• Shipping fees on normal registered air mail are waived on www.moleskineasia.com: free shipping.
• Delivery time worldwide: 8-16 working days
• Fedex:
• Shipping fees:  HK$100
• Delivery time: within 6-10 working days
• The shipping fee will be waived for orders above HK$1,000

Payment

Click Continue to fill in the payment information:

• Choose the Payment Method: we accept Visa / Mastercard / Visa Delta / American Express
• Input your credit card number and other required information. 

Step 5: Review and Submit Order

Carefully review every detail of your order, then if everything is correct, click “Submit Order” to proceed.

Customs

Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. We will declare the actual value of the items in the parcels, we will not adjust the value of items on the declaration form according to customer's request under any circumstances. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you may want to contact your local customs office for further information.

Return Policy

You have no risk buying from Moleskineasia.com as we provide 14 days return policy. From the date when you receive your product, you can return it to us within 14 days if the product is defective or if we did not send you the product you ordered. We shall send you a new product to replace the defective or wrong item. 

If you wish to return the defect goods purchased at our Moleskineasia.com, the product must be sent by collect delivery within 14 days of receiving it. Mistaken deliveries and products that have been damaged during shipment can also be returned by collect delivery. 

All returned packages with failure delivery: i.e. multiple delivery attempts, refused shipments, or insufficient address information: we are not responsible for the shipping and return shipping charges. You will not be reimbursed for the shipping charges on the order. For this reason, we encourage you to supply post codes with full address details.
